The National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology Joint Entrance Exam (NCHMCT JEE) is a hospitality entrance exam at the national level. It paves the way for admission into the BSc (Hospitality & Hotel Administration) program. This exam is conducted annually by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT).

The BSc (HHA) course, which spans 3 years, is jointly offered by NCHMCT and the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). The score of NCHM JEE is universally accepted by all participating institutes for admission into the BSc (HHA) courses they offer.

The scores from the NCHMCT JEE are used by the Institutes of Hotel Management (IHMs) for their admission process. There are approximately 21 central IHMs, 25 state IHMs, 1 PSU IHM, and 27 Private IHMs that are affiliated with NCHMCT. These institutes offer BSc (HHA) courses and base their admissions on the NCHMCT JEE scores.

The NCHMCT JEE 2024 question paper is available in two languages: English and Hindi. The exam lasts for a total of 180 minutes and all questions are of the Multiple Choice Type. The paper consists of 200 questions that are derived from Numerical Ability and Analytical Aptitude, Reasoning and Logical Deduction, General Knowledge & Current Affairs, English Language, and Aptitude for Service Sector.

NCHMCT JEE 2024 Results

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to announce the results of the NCHMCT JEE 2024 in the first week of June 2024. Candidates will be able to verify and download their NCHMCT JEE 2024 scorecards from the direct link provided on this page. Scorecards, which include marks, ranks, and qualifying status, will be issued only to candidates who took the NCHMCT JEE 2024 exam.

The NTA will also forward the NCHMCT JEE 2024 scorecards to the National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) to facilitate the counselling and seat allotment process for qualified candidates. NCHMCT JEE 2024 Counselling Process

The online document verification for NCHMCT JEE 2024 will commence once the NCHMCT JEE results are declared. Seat allotment will be conducted in four rounds, with seats being assigned based on the candidate’s NCHMCT JEE rank, category, and institute preference.
